Purchase and delivery

Beauty Boss Systems sells downloadable digital business resources. The product page lists each package and its one-time price. Checkout is handled by Stripe. There is no physical shipment.

Use an email address you can access at checkout. Your purchase and delivery messages go to that address. If a download link is missing, expired, or inaccessible, contact us with the purchase email and product name so we can help. Do not email payment card details.

Refunds and support

If a file is defective, missing, or cannot be accessed, email us within 14 days of purchase. We will work to provide a usable copy or another appropriate resolution. For other refund requests, contact us with the purchase email and reason; we review them individually. This policy does not limit rights that apply under law.

License and use

Your purchase gives you a nonexclusive license to customize and use the templates for your own business operations. You may share completed client-facing forms as part of your own services. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload to a template library, or present the underlying templates as your own product.

These resources are educational business tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, employment, licensing, medical, sanitation, insurance, or financial advice. They do not train or authorize a beauty service. Check current requirements for your location, services, credentials, facility, and insurance with qualified sources.

Privacy notice

When you buy a product or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, purchase details, and the information you choose to send us. Stripe handles payment checkout; we do not ask you to send card numbers to our support inbox. Our site may receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

We use this information to process and deliver purchases, respond to support requests, maintain transaction records, and protect the service. We use service providers for checkout, hosting, email delivery, and file storage. They process information needed for those services. We do not sell customer contact information.

Marketing email is separate from a purchase. If you opt in to a newsletter, you can unsubscribe through its email link or ask us at the address above. We keep purchase and support records for as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Contact us to ask about the personal information we hold or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
